A properly prepared sauna session, a soothing massage that eases tension, or a simple DIY treatment at home &#8211; all of it brings real relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Our L\u00f6wen Spa manager Sandra recommends not entering the sauna on an empty or a full stomach, and taking a refreshing shower beforehand. If you&#8217;re still new to it, start with eight to ten minutes on the lower or middle bench.<\/p>\n<p>A simple DIY scrub is easy to make at home: mix sea salt with a little olive oil into a paste and massage it into the skin in circular motions under the shower. It gently removes dead skin cells, boosts circulation, and leaves skin feeling smooth &#8211; just rinse off with lukewarm water afterwards, the oil does the rest. Stored in a clean screw-top jar, the scrub keeps for several weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra also recommends fascia massage: fascia runs through the whole body like a fine web, and when it sticks together, we often feel tense and stiff.
